About me

As a licensed child and adolescent psychotherapist, I am specialized in the treatment of children, adolescents and young adults up to the age of 21.

I am a qualified social worker and licensed child and adolescent psychotherapist. Through my years of work in outpatient and inpatient child and adolescent psychotherapy, I have been able to gain extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses in children, adolescents and young adults. My area of responsibility includes diagnostics, counseling and therapy for children, adolescents and young adults - and if necessary - the involvement of the family, the school and other reference persons and support systems.

In my therapeutic work, it is important to me to create a mindfulness-based space that enables you to get in touch with yourself. I draw on my years of dealing with the scientific discourse on mindfulness-based psychotherapy, as well as on my 20 years of practice of mindfulness meditation, as taught by Jon Kabat-Zinn in MBSR courses.

I have also been a student of the Diamond Approach since 2013.

I have completed the NARM practitioner training and the NARM Masterclass in order to be able to work better with early childhood trauma and personality disorders.

I'm currently in training to become a licensed psychodynamic group therapist.
