NARM

"Any action only makes sense in the context of a relationship and without understanding the relationship it will only lead to conflicts on all levels. Understanding the relationship is far, far more important than finding a plan of action."

Jiddu Krishnamurti

For this reason, the exploration of the here and now, understanding the current external and internal relationship dynamics is the basis of my psychodynamic psychotherapy.

In addition I favor Dr. Laurence Heller's NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) approach. NARM is a holistic approach that is particularly suited to working on developmental, attachment, and shock trauma. The focus of the treatment is both on dealing with the challenges of everyday life and on the experiences made during the therapy session, without neglecting the biographical dimension.

The resource-oriented method is a psychotherapy based on somatic principles, which helps to perceive dysfunctional parts without them becoming the main topic of the therapy. The procedure emphasizes a person's strengths, abilities and resilience and starts with the regulation of the nervous system.
